Sunshine Coast Scorchers women’s first-grade team celebrated an incredible victory against the University of Queensland in this season’s Raymont Shield Grand Final at Allan Border Field held on Sunday, March 19th. In what has been described as a near-perfect performance, it certainly was the best way to cap off an incredible season.

The team fought hard to secure their spot at the top of the ladder, demonstrating their skills and determination throughout the competition. The players showed exceptional teamwork and commitment, working tirelessly to achieve their goals.

With this win, they have not only cemented their place as champions, they have also proven themselves as a force to be reckoned with. It has truly been a remarkable season for the Scorchers, and their hard work and dedication have paid off in spades. Well done ladies, you have done us proud!!!
